We would like to join in celebrating the birth of your new baby by welcoming your new arrival to our library with a special gift. Our Welcome Baby Bag is designed to provide parents with valuable suggestions on how to introduce your baby to the wonderful world of books. Each bag includes a board book, hints for sharing books with young children, recommended titles, favorite nursery rhymes and tips for bringing the magic of reading and books into your family. Made possible by a generous gift of the Friends of the Library, the gifts are available to Bloomfield Township residents with babies up to one year old. Please come to the Youth Services Department to receive your gift and learn about all the terrific programs and materials awaiting you and your little one.
