Reserving a Library Meeting Room
Bloomfield Township Public Library’s meeting rooms are available for reservation by Bloomfield Township taxpayers - including residents, property owners, and employees of Township organizations and businesses – with a current Library card in good standing. Meeting rooms may be used up to six times per year by a Bloomfield Township individual or group.
Meeting room use is for civic, cultural, educational or enrichment type programs or events. Commercial enterprises of any type, soliciting, lobbying, fundraising, auctions or sales are not permitted. Meetings held at the Library are scheduled only during the hours the Library is open. All meetings are open to the public.
There are four meeting rooms available for reservation. Three meeting rooms are located in the lower level—
Meeting Room 1 set with tables and chairs to seat 46
Meeting Room 2 set with chairs only to seat 56

The Community Room is located on the main level. This room will seat a maximum of 90 people at tables and chairs or 140 people in chairs only. For weekend reservations (Saturday and Sunday), this room will have a chairs-only arrangement.
The rates established for the use of a meeting room range from $0 to $240 for four hours. Meeting Room 3 is available for use by tax-exempt organizations, (including charitable 501(c)3 organizations, homeowners associations, and similar community service organizations), at no charge.
