If you are looking for a fun new place to enjoy lots of activities, consider the new Bloomfield Township

Senior Center.  They have a large workout room, a swimming pool, and lots of groups to join.

Birmingham Area Seniors Coordinating Council

BASCC Outreach Services offer information and assistance to older adults including hot meals, social activities, support groups, transportation, health screenings, information and referral, and more. Contact BASCC Outreach Services at 248-642-1040.

Oakland County Library for the Visually & Physically Impaired

The Oakland County Library for the Visually & Physically Impaired offers services to Oakland County residents that are homebound, blind or otherwise impaired.  Services include books and audiobooks mailed to your home, various types of magnifying glasses available for check out and a Book Discussion Group.  You can contact them at 248-858-5050.  The National Library for the Blind is also a great source for several programs such as BARD.
