Please quote itemized prices for goods and services listed, delivery and installation to be included to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  The original copy plus a duplicate copy must be returned to Riemenschneider Design Associates properly completed.  Retain a duplicate for your files.  The right is reserved by the Bloomfield Township Public Library to accept or reject any or all quotations.  Unless otherwise stated, we assume that you  will accept an order for any item quoted.  If you are unable to furnish goods as specified, clearly defined variances must be outlined.  This bid form is the one and only form that will be accepted as valid unless otherwise indicated.  Bids will be accepted on any portion of the goods or  services itemized.  Prices must remain firm for a 180-day acceptance period.  The Bloomfield Township Public Library reserves the right to order + or - of quantity bid at no increase in unit price.  Bids must be submitted outlining all shelving per specifications for each section.

Each component must be included in Bidder's response.  All Componentry must be grouped per each keyed section as outlined on Designer's Plans and  per Designer's attached Specifications.  All Top Canopies, End Panels and  wood wedges in Sections H &  T will be outlined in the subsequent Millwork  Bid Package.  Section U, Wood Periodical Shelving, is included in this bid  package as well as the subsequent Millwork Bid Package (Date to be  determined)
